1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Pirate Pots and the casino services provided by Green Champions Leader SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-917157) at Costa Rica, San José, Montes de Oca, San Pedro, Los Yoses, Avenidas Ocho y Diez, Calle Treinta y Nueve, LY Center, operating under licence ALSI-202502014-FI1 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any of the services offered by Pirate Pots, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To open and use an account at Pirate Pots you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. We apply strict age verification procedures and will request documentation to confirm your age before processing withdrawals or upon any reasonable suspicion that you may be underage.
• Be legally permitted to gamble online under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country or region. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may not open an account.
• Open and maintain only one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of Green Champions Leader SRL or any of its affiliated companies.
• Act on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

3. Account Registration and KYC

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, residential address and telephone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request supporting documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national identity card).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 3 months).
• Proof of payment method (card statement or screenshot of e-wallet).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits are significant.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Pirate Pots are processed in GBP (£). Payment processing is handled by Widoma Trading Co. Limited (registration HE 468781), Lefkonos 22, 2nd floor, Strovolos 2064, Nicosia, Cyprus.

• Minimum deposit: £20
• Maximum deposit: £4,250 per transaction (cards, MiFinity, crypto - Cashlib vouchers limited to £125 per transaction and are deposit-only)
• Minimum withdrawal: £20
• Maximum withdrawal: £4,250 per transaction
• Daily withdrawal cap: £4,250
• Weekly withdrawal cap: £10,000
• Monthly withdrawal cap: £30,000

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by method - e-wallets and crypto are typically faster than bank card reversals. VIP members receive priority processing. We reserve the right to request additional verification before releasing large withdrawals. Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met first.

5. Welcome Casino Bonus Terms

New players are eligible for the Pirate Pots Welcome Casino Package: 250% up to £2,500 plus 1,000 Free Spins on a qualifying first deposit of £20 or more.

• Wagering requirement: 35x (bonus amount plus deposit). Example: £100 deposit + £250 bonus = £350 x 35 = £12,250 to wager before withdrawal.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: £5 per spin or per round. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus validity: 10 days from the date of crediting. Any unwagered bonus balance will expire after this period.
• Free Spins validity: 7 days from crediting. Unused spins expire after 7 days.
• Maximum winnings cap: 3x the deposit amount (applies to 200%+ bonus tier). Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed before withdrawal processing.
• Wagering contributions: Slots 100%, Virtual sports 50%, Lucky games 50%, Roulette 20%, Blackjack and table games 10%, Baccarat 5%. Some games may contribute 0%.
• The bonus is available to new, verified players only. One welcome bonus per household, device and IP address.
• Pirate Pots reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time. Terms apply.

6. Sports Bonus Terms

The Welcome Sports Bonus offers 100% up to £85 on a qualifying first sports deposit.

• Minimum deposit to qualify: £20
• Maximum bonus amount: £85
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount on qualifying sports bets.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: Equal to the deposit amount. Bets larger than the qualifying deposit do not count towards wagering.
• Qualifying sports: Football, Basketball, Ice Hockey and Tennis only. Bets on other sports do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Qualifying bet types: Standard win markets only. Handicap bets and Draw No Bet markets do not qualify.
• Minimum odds: Bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to count towards wagering.
• Validity: 10 days from bonus crediting. This offer cannot be combined with the Welcome Casino Bonus simultaneously.

7. Sports Freebet Terms

Eligible new sports bettors may receive a £20 Sports Freebet upon qualifying registration and deposit.

• Freebet value: £20
• Validity: 7 days from the date of crediting. Unused freebets expire and will not be reinstated.
• Stake deducted from winnings: The freebet stake is not returned with winnings. If you win with a freebet, only the profit element is credited to your balance.
• Maximum winnings from a freebet: £100. Any winnings above this amount will be removed.
• The freebet cannot be used in conjunction with other active betting bonuses.
• Qualifying minimum odds and eligible markets are the same as for the Sports Bonus (see Section 6).

8. Crypto Combo Bonus Terms

Players depositing with cryptocurrency may be eligible for the Welcome Crypto Combo: 150% up to 1 BTC plus 150 Free Spins.

• Qualifying deposit methods: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT, USDC, Tron and Solana.
• Bonus percentage: 150% match on the qualifying crypto deposit.
• Maximum bonus: 1 BTC equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

• Crypto values are converted to GBP at the time of processing. Exchange rate fluctuations do not affect the bonus value once calculated.

9. Weekly Reload and Cashback Terms

Pirate Pots offers a range of weekly promotions for existing players. All offers are subject to the general bonus terms including maximum bet limits and wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

• Monday Reload: 100% casino reload bonus. A minimum qualifying deposit is required. Wagering requirements apply (35x). Valid for 10 days.
• Tuesday on the Reels: 1,000 Free Spins credited to qualifying players. Minimum deposit required. Spins valid for 7 days. 35x wagering on winnings.
• Wednesday Double Fun: £5 Live Casino bonus plus 150 Free Spins on a qualifying deposit. The live casino bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement and must be used within 10 days.

10. VIP Club

The Pirate Pots VIP Club is an invitation-based loyalty programme rewarding regular, high-value players. Membership is determined at the casino's sole discretion based on activity levels and account standing.

• VIP members receive a dedicated personal account manager available for individual support and tailored offers.
• Benefits include priority withdrawal processing, exclusive reload bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, invitations to tournaments and special events, and personalised cashback offers.
• VIP status may be reviewed periodically. Status can be reduced or removed if activity falls below the required threshold or if a terms breach is identified.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.

11. Game Rules and RTP

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's help or information section. Average RTPs vary by game and provider.

• Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the player. Past results do not affect future outcomes.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, or opening accounts on behalf of others, is forbidden.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through co-ordinated low-risk betting, chip dumping, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses without genuine risk.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods. Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, automated betting systems, scripts or other software to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Chargebacks: Raising fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been legitimately deposited and used.

14. Responsible Gambling Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a chosen time period.
• Wager limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager per day, week or month.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length after which you are logged out automatically.
• Reality checks: Receive pop-up notifications during sessions reminding you of the time spent playing.

15. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@pirate-pots.com. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to all applicable verification and wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Pirate Pots may close or suspend an account at its discretion if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or at the request of regulatory authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

16. Dispute Resolution and Modifications

If you have a complaint about Pirate Pots, please contact our support team at support@pirate-pots.com in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the licensing authority: the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (licence ALSI-202502014-FI1).

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica for the resolution of any dispute.
